Killing in the name of, part II

The bombing of the Askari (Shi'a) shrine, in Iraq, is the beginning of the end. Iraq is a powder keg and I believe Askari was the spark for a Shi'a/Sunni civil war.

A co-worker mentioned she couldn't understand religious killing. I said: "Religious or non-religious, all you need is an ideology."

Some people kill for their government, others kill for their relgion, and others for ethnicity. (Talking about idealogical killing--not survival-motivated killing)

Now that's the funniest response I've read in a while.
